Consulting and mentoring in SEO/GEO and applied AI

If showing up in traditional search, being cited in generative answers, or getting real value from AI in operations is already eating margin, we can work on it. You pick the front; then we decide whether consulting or mentoring fits.

SEO / GEO

Traditional search presence and visibility in generative answers

If traffic in classic results, indexing or citability in generative AI answers is already costing money (or will in the next migration), I work the strategy and the technical depth with you until you have a backlog engineering and leadership can own.

  • Technical SEO: which URLs deserve a fight and which should go, with crawl, logs and GSC on the table.
  • GEO: how summarising and answering systems see and cite you, not only where you sit on the blue links.
  • I prioritise by margin and impact, not by the thickest findings PDF.
  • Migrations, JS/SPA, multimarket and WPO when performance or rendering is eating growth.

You leave with an ordered plan: what to do this week, what to park, and what is not worth the argument.

I want an SEO/GEO review

Applied AI

AI your team can run (and shut down if needed)

We build assistants and workflows on your real data: GSC, GA4, Ads, logs, internal processes. Not a pretty demo nobody maintains next month.

  • We define what the machine decides and what a person confirms before anything hits production.
  • Permissions, logs and rollback from day one; if it breaks, you can undo it.
  • Solid context: fewer hallucinations, more useful answers for SEO/GEO, paid or ops.
  • If the case does not fit me, I say so early instead of forcing it.

A system with an owner, a success metric and clear limits. Not another loose experiment.

I want to build AI properly

Before you pick a format

How I work (and how I do not)

I do not sell a fixed menu. I look at the problem, the evidence and who will execute. If you need me to drive, that is consulting. If your team already pushes and needs challenge, that is mentoring.

  • We start from the business pain, not the fashionable tool.
  • I tell you what deserves budget and what you can park without drama.
  • While the engagement runs, you get fast replies — no invented project-manager layers.
  • If your case does not fit me, I say so early instead of forcing it.

How to hire me

Consulting or mentoring: two ways to buy my time

Same technical brain. Different who holds the day-to-day wheel.

Consulting

Applied AI consulting

Design and build of a concrete system on your data. It fits when you are done with loose prompts and want something in production with an owner.

  • Closed scope: what it does, what it does not, who approves.
  • Logs, permissions and a rollback plan included.
  • Short enablement for the team that will run it.

You pay for a usable system, not a slide deck of ‘AI opportunities’.

Mentoring

SEO / GEO mentoring

Fixed sessions to review cases, read GSC/logs and sharpen prioritisation. It fits if you already have SEO/tech people and need a senior voice across the table.

  • Weekly or fortnightly cadence, flexible agenda.
  • You bring the week’s problem; we leave with a decision.
  • I do not replace your team — I make it faster and safer.

You pay for ongoing senior challenge, not a PDF nobody opens.

Mentoring

Applied AI mentoring

Sparring to design, govern and improve automation. It fits if someone in-house will build and needs limits, metrics and judgement before scope grows.

  • Review of workflows, prompts, data and risk.
  • What to automate now and what to keep under human confirmation.
  • Built for technical leads or ops who touch the system.

You pay to move faster without breaking production.

Questions that usually land before the first email

Consulting or mentoring?

Consulting if you want me to drive diagnosis and the plan. Mentoring if your team already executes and needs challenge. If it is unclear, we take 15 minutes and I tell you which fits (or that neither does).

Do you work alone?

In consulting and mentoring I own the judgement. If the project needs more hands, we discuss that when it comes up.

Language and remote?

Day-to-day is remote. Spanish by default; English when the project or team needs it. On-site only when a workshop justifies it.

White-label with another agency?

Yes, with agencies and partners. Scope, credit and what the end client sees are written down before we start.

Write with the problem, not the perfect brief

Site (or stack), what hurts and when you need to move — I will tell you if consulting or mentoring fits. If it is not me, I will say so.
